Individual Profession

There's a new Eye Medical Officer around.
He's not exactly new since he has been posted here for a couple of weeks or more already. His name is Jerry Goh and will be replacing Dr Laurence for good and hopefully he doesn't possess any character traits that are similiar to those of the arrogant bastard's.

When he first came to our company, he wasn't used to the new enviroment. It's natural for anyone to be like this, and will tend to be vulnerable to whichever influences that are to fall upon him. Dr Jeremy happened to click rather well with him in the beginning, and managed to hang out with each other more frequently after that.

It is not a surprise that Dr Jerry is also a carrom addict now.
So much for having Dr Jeremy as a role model,
both of them now have nothing else better to accomplish other than playing carrom.

This is how the newcomer looks like.

Chris JerryGoh should be his full name.

Being a doctor is so much more fortunate than the rest.
Good pay, easy life with a pretty high level of respect.

But it doesn't mean that someone of lesser authorities should be looked down on.

There's this particular old cleaner in our company.
She is rather short, with a hunchback and walks in an uneven swaggered manner. She wears a yellow and green coloured uniform and it's very hard not to spot her.
She is a good friend of the people in the Lab station especially Kong.

As long as Kong is present whenever she walks pass the area, there is bound to have a conversation stirring up.
Kong is more of a listener and usually nods to what she says. He will try to be polite and smile back at her at times. My station is just in front of Lab so I can easily witness whatever that is happening. I noticed that the old cleaner auntie had so much more to talk to with Kong than the rest of the Lab personnels, mainly Elias and Victor.
I don't think that she would ever talk to Elias since she only speaks in Hokkien and she should have realized that Elias is black... Therefore it is almost zero percent chance that he is able to understand her.
Victor don't really understand Hokkien too.
Nevertheless, she still talks to him as she is not observant enough and could not tell from the look on his face.
However, she choses Kong to be a better companion from the two of them.
She likes to talk about her work problems with Kong.
There was once when I accidentally overheard their conversation.

'Wa hey dao eh Jiam Muan jin juey Sai'.
'Sai diao bung eh dao,
Suey bei Lug.'

She was confiding in Kong telling him how tough her job was.
Those inconsiderate people have shat improperly in the toilet bowls resulting in shit splattered everywhere. The whole toilet bowl was filled with shit and no matter how hard she scrubbed, the stains were still there.

'Ah bai wu lang eng Jiam Muan kio e nang eh gi Qiang Jui'.

She told Kong to remind those using the toilet to flush after use.

I didn't expect her to share her personal troubles with just anyone else.
It is far too private and gross to be discussing about a topic like this.

I do have my doubts, but based on my very eyes...
I was beginning to suspect if Kong and the old auntie were having a secret affair.

It is only when Kong was giving her the cold shoulder and trying all means to avoid her then I figured out maybe their relationship was over.
Kong had used her long enough and decided to go for other 'clean' scandals.
